PDC100 provides opportunities for children to learn in ways that interest them, if you are interested in enrolling your child at Paterson Day care 100 (PDC100). We're excited to hear from you, to start the enrollment the following will be needed.

Proof of Address (Primary Documents)

       Must Provide (3) Documents as Proof. Documents May Include The Following:           *PSE&G Bill
       *Cable Bill
       *NJ Driver's License, State ID, or NJ Vehicle Registration
       *Employee Paystub



Proof of Address (Secondary Documents)

       *Notarized Lease Agreement, sign by Landlord and Tenant(s)
       *House Deed
       *BankStatement
       *Phone Bill
       *Credit Card Bill
       (MUST BE CURRENT WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS)



Student's Verification

      *Students's Immunization record
      *Student's Original Birth Certificate Or Passport
      *District Approved Physical Examination Form:



Student's Must Be a City Resident

      *Students Must Be Present
      *Student Must Be Accompanied By Parent Or Legal Guardian
      *Student Must Reside In Paterson
      *Student Must Be 3 Or 4 Years Of Age on Or Before October 31.



(NOTE:) Individuals Registering A Student, Other Than The Student's Natural Parent, Must Provide Legal Proof Of Guardianship
